Great expectation for the start of Iberostarchef on Tour
Sixteen of the top exponents of Spanish haute cuisine, more than twenty Michelin stars and four outstanding destinations: Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico and Spain. That is an overview of the upcoming Iberostarchef on Tour, a unique dining event around the globe. On Friday, 31 October, Dani García will be kicking off this culinary adventure with the exclusive tasting dinner hosted by IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Bávaro, in Punta Cana. Next, the prestigious chef will be visiting Cuba (IBEROSTAR Parque Central), on Tuesday, 4 November, and four days later (8/11) he will be presenting his creations at
IBEROSTAR Grand Hotel Paraíso in Mexico. The beginning of this tour, without doubt one of the culinary events of the year, has stirred up great expectation both in the world of haute cuisine and in the media. Each month, one of the most important contemporary Spanish chefs will visit our stoves and create some of the best dishes from his or her recipe collection.
